Mental health is something we talk a lot about in today’s stressful world, but what does is actually mean? Is it just about not having a diagnosable mental health condition? Does being mentally healthy mean we have to be happy all the time?

Mental illnesses affect 19% of the adult population, 46% of teenagers and 13% of children each year. People struggling with their mental health may be in your family, live next door, teach your children, work in the next cubicle or sit in the same church pew.
NAMI works to educate, support, advocate, listen and lead to improve the lives of people with mental illness and their loved ones.
